Our Hunter Friend

This morning we were given some wild meat. Jack, a young hunter was in town. He had some cured wild pork bacon for me. It looks yummy. He also gave us one of his special pork salamis …it is over a foot long. Jack is the epitome of a real kiwi hunting fishing type… “A good Keen Man”. His large 4x4 vehicle was loaded up with camo hunting gear and he was towing a horse-float for his horses. I am always impressed. And he is very good looking. I have said in the past.. “Has a good-looking guy like you got a nice girlfriend yet? “…. Nah…he is far too busy enjoying his present life-style for that sort of thing. Here he is cutting into a leg of venison. Our dogs got a venison cannon bone to chomp on….. They will love him for ever……
