Tuesday Textures

I'm falling back on the Chantler63 August Challenge again today. For textures it is hard to go past those in a straw basket.

Back in Sydney after missing my usual babysitting day last fortnight. I was worried I might have been forgotten, but Adelaide was very friendly and loving. Just as well as this time next month I will be minding her while her mother is in hospital having the new baby. Hugh was more preoccupied with his dinosaurs than me!

Julia put on a nice lunch for some of the extended family. John missed it all as he was home in bed all day with flu :-(
He'd better make a quick recovery in order to come skiing next week.
