Strand with a view

All a bit full on today - in fact the next two weeks look pretty action-packed. No electricity until just now as renovations are being carried out so we went into Bantry for a spot of shopping and coffee. We're off to the UK for a long weekend on Friday. There's a family wedding and we've just been trying to sort out travel etc online, stumped by verified by visa, printing problems, collecting tickets from obscure train stations and cancelling and rebooking hotels. I think we're nearly there.

Off to supper with friends and then on to Ballydehob fo the last Fit Up theatre offering of the year - Catalpa : Full of intrigue, suspense and a tour-de-force solo performance in which one actor plays over twenty different characters including, a seagull, a whale and a storm!" Exhausting just thinking about it!
