Hi I'm back sorry for delay in getting back we have had lots of visitors and that meant more cooking for me also some of the older sisters picked up a nasty flu like virus so it has been all go did not have a chance to take photos never mind go on the computer! We have another special visitor coming next week from Ireland she is staying for a week!!! Busy clearing a room for her. I made scones yesterday and when they were cooling I went to get my camera and when I returned some were missing so the plate did not look as inviting as I had meant it to be. The reason for visitors was the Feast of St. Clare the Bishop came and three others so I had 16 for dinner! We were eating leftovers for days!!
