blizzard

We had a dusting of snow last night...

Of course daughter L decided to go on walk-about at 2am with her friend A out on the local freeway amidst the snow plows during the "white-out" of the peak blizzard.

I am still reeling from the potential consequences.

A. developed mild hypothermia and they were both luckily left unscathed by the plows.

Today they are writing an essay on the folly of their endeavour focusing on the potential for death and dismemberment. Had they collapsed in a snow bank we would have recovered their corpses come Spring.

I hope your day was less eventful than mine.
