Finally!

I've been attempting to capture this butterfly for several weeks now. The Clouded Sulphur (Colias philodice) is common around these parts at this point in the summer. It flits erratically from shrub to shrub and is a challenge to shoot well, at least for me anyway! I was getting so-so shots but nothing I wanted my name on. So this morning I took my 'Real Camera' to the dog park, and lo and behold there were two of these Yellow Beauties dancing around some orangey/redish trumpet flowers. So...no cute dogs playing in the pond photos today, but I finally got at least a somewhat decent Clouded Sulphur photo :)
