Festival time in Edinburgh.

Today we decided to celebrate Mrs AMK's retirement (the day she would have gone back to teaching) with a trip to Edinburgh. We had a wonderful time wandering the streets amongst the crowds looking at the multitude of street acts and constantly being handed leaflets for the various Fringe events.
We did pop into one comedy show but apart from that we just enjoyed the street music, acrobatics, theatre etc - the sun appeared from time to time helping to dispel the chilly wind coming from some cold northerly place.
