It's that lamp again

I haven't left the house today, I was meant to go and do some gardening for a customer in Crouch End, but I've been hot, cold and shivery since last night. I forced myself to make 4 appliquéd cushion covers that have been ordered, it took me ages because i kept coming over all wussy and having to lie down.

The stupid dogs have been very annoying/silly/cute today, they are like my shadow, I tread on them regularly. Vladimir ( who I realised once again today, looks a LOT like ET) was doing his usual scratching at the back door, for quite a while, I stop sewing, go and open the door and he just sits and stares. I shut the door, go back to sewing, he scratches the door, I ignore it, he carries on scratching, I think maybe he really wants to go out this time, I open the door, he sits there and so on ....

I take thousands of photos on my iPhone, I love how instant it is, but yesterday I left my phone with Isabel accidentally . So today there were a few times when I thought ' ooh take a picture of that' but phone wasn't to hand. I finished sewing just after 9, knew I had to blip and was looking around for inspiration. I resorted to that lamp again ( sorry), thank god I can change the colour of it.
