First Day of School

First day, and he's already too cool for school.

Aidan was a bit hyper this morning, but seemed totally fine going in to his classroom for the first time. Mrs mono went in with him to help get him settled and make sure he was ok, but, apparently, after five minutes or so, he came over to her and and asked when she was going to go away. They were only there for two hours today, and, when we went back to collect him, his "buddy" (a P5 student assigned to Aidan to help get him oriented and settled in school) led him out. When we asked how it went, he said it was fine, and that he had lots of fun playing with the Lego bricks and construction toys.

So, apparently he quite enjoyed his day at school, and is quite looking forward to going back tomorrow!
