Restoration

Head has been in a bad way. Lots of bad stuff going on in there.

Had to get home to ease the pressure. And it helped enormously.

Out for a walk - peace and quiet and beautiful scenery helped to calm the mind.

The cheeky calves made for some good laughs as they chased me along the road - safely separated by a stone wall!

Feeling better already. Nothing better than home.
