All stitched up

Sewing would have been all cool today if in fact the power was on !!!!

Weather forecast was for a good down pouring of raine and yes it persisted down all morning.

Some complete idiot, thought driving at speed was a good option, obviously aquaplaned and took out four power poles 1 km down the road from work.

Low and behold no power for a whole hour in the area and traffic backed up for three hours plus.

Huge flooding around the school 500 metres up the road from work, lots of clean up work to be done.

And as for the sewing machine, just waiting for my workmates next pair of pants to take down.

Over 6 ft tall and we've had to take the hems down on the first ones to make them look right. Otherwise he'd better be having a party in his shoes and invite his pants down.
