Green stuff

Pots of greengage jam made with my own small crop and, even more exotic, green tomato 'marmalade' made with the green tomatoes from Sunflower's garden. Thanks Sunflower! I was flicking through recipe books looking for inspiration and found this recipe from Darina Allen. I've never heard of making jam or marmalade from tomatoes but it's an experiment. It set anyway...
