I had another Oncology appointment this morning to discuss my Radiotherapy Treatment plan. Bit of a shock to find I will be have 30 treatments spread over 6 weeks, so 5 per week. I have opted for some weekend treatments as Matthew can then take me and not have to have time of work as he doesn't get many days leave and it would be nice to do something other than hospitals with it! Thankfully I have have had many offers of lifts so I shall share the love around :) I think it was also a bit of a jolt as the Oncologist was saying out loud the words 'large tumour', 'high risk', lymph node involvement' all thing I knew but obviously had 'parked' somewhere and not dwelt on them, but I am taking all the treatment offered and that's a positive!
Afterwards I met up with Sue-Jane at her Studio, this view is from there and is wonderful......she reminded me it was very David Hockneyesk!! Sue is off the NZ for 6 months shortly, and really life changing thing to do, she will have a great time and meet lots of new folk and see a great part of the world. Have a great time Sue and thanks for listening to me ramble on this morning! x
