enthusiasms...

Out into the fen with my lovely Lady this morning..dans le velo.It was her first ride for many a year so gently does it! She felt great so off into town for some new kit purchasing....oooooh!

It was not enough for me so it was back out on the bike afterwards to get some real work done..'laying down the V' as we call it.

The clear blue sky had disappeared and had been replaced by a face wind (like no other wind ever..the fen is VERY flat) and the best clouds you could hope for! A great ride, hard and fast...well, good enough for me anyway!
