Ducks on a mission

In search of bread... They sneak up to every person who dares approach the river bank, waiting expectantly for a bread to rain from the sky. When it does they pounce without mercy. It can get pretty ugly, with weaker ducks barged aside by the dominant males. Some kinder humans throw scraps to the weaker birds. Swans watch on with contempt.
