Worm's eye self-portrait

I used to practice the pipes every lunchtime, now I make it about one lunchtime a week if I'm lucky. It's good to get out there and clear my head and I really needed to blow in a new reed today. There's a saying though:

skip one practice and noone will notice
skip two practices and you'll notice
skip three practices and everyone will notice
