McCafe Stop

Working in Aberdeen today hosting back to back training sessions for clients.

Left after busy day at 4:45pm with a pitstop at my regular coffee haunt - McDonalds near Forfar just off the A90

Free WiFi and free coffee on account of my loyalty card.

Last nights ten pin bowling league was mixed!

I had probably my best ever night scoring 149 and 172 for a 321 score which I think is my best to date.

Sadly we got pipped for the match though.

I even scored the highest in our team.

Tonight at 8:30 I have an appointment at the gym to look at a new programme.
