Fly by Night

Today we visited the Owl & Monkey Haven where abused, abandoned & illegally traded animals are given a safe home & the stimulation they need. Nappy loved the monkeys & seemed to be able to speak their language fluently...

I also snuck off for a look round Dimbola Lodge which may be of more interest to blippers.
It was the home of photographer Julia Margaret Cameron, & now is a museum & gallery of her pictures. Also on display were some wonderful wildlife shots taken by naturalist & TV presenter Chris Packham (all vastly superior to my effort above!), & an exhibition of photos from sundry Isle of Wight rock festivals which was right up by rue too!
