Over to Bexhill today for an exhibition at the De La Warr Pavilion of work by Ivan Chermayeff, graphic designer and son of one of the architects who collaborated on the Pavilion. I love the Pavilion and Bexhill is a place that grows on me; in comparison with Brighton, which can be too self-aware, too knowing, too keen to strike a pose, Bexhill has a sort of refreshing honesty about it.
