Commemorative Arch

Went over to Folkestone this afternoon as needed to return some stuff to Debenhams but really wanted to see this arch to commemorate those who gave their lives in World War I.

It's quite lovely, and the road has been renamed as Remembrance Road. The local ladies have also been busy knitting and crocheting poppies which are all along the fence.
