The sun keeps threatening to burn away those nasty clouds outside. Eastern Europe is baking and they had 5 years of this shitty weather so keep the faith.

I read today that they're evacuating folks to Oxford football stadium cos of the floods. Well a workmate of my brother plays for Gloucester. He's not Dr Foster. Apparently this Friday's home game, (against Bath of all teams), is postponed. Hope they're not evacuating folks to their ground.


I'm also now subscribing to this really quite silly cartoon strip each day. The comments of the sanctimonious make it worthwhile even if the cartoons don't always hit the spot.
