Keep on Running

So the text arrived yesterday saying " Your order will be delivered 20/08/14 between 07:00 and 09:00. We will call you up to one hour before delivery.

So that meant a van driver could ring me at 6:00 am !
Better set the alarm for 5:55 am then.
So why the heck did I wake up at 2:27 am?

Anyway to cut a long story short, the new treadmill arrived after I had gone to work but its now fully assembled and here I am putting it under test this evening.

It's only 10:00 pm but I'm shattered and ready for bed.
