Fraisier Cake

We go back to school tomorrow and so my mum and I decided to make the most of the last day of the holiday. This afternoon we made this Fraisier Cake using the recipe from the Great British Bake Off showstopper book. The cake is actually a lot easier to make than we expected, although a few elements of it do need working on, and tastes really good!
