Ceiling North Bridge Arcade

The blip show the ceiling of the North Bridge Arcade at the north bridge end.

One of five similar structures, the North Bridge Arcade was built in 1900, and connects North Bridge with Cockburn Street. It features bow shaped shop fronts. Because if its rarity, the arcade has Class A listed building status.

I always find it an interesting place to visit. Both North Bridge and Cockburn Street can be very busy. Step inside the arcade, and it seems a different world completely. There is an eclectic mix of shops, although I feel it would be much better if the shops were converted back to the small units they once were.
