Oh to be so relaxed!

I main thing of today was trying to sort out L's huge gaff. He received an email from Newport Uni in June, urging him to book accommodation. So he did, and I paid. Now we are tied into a tenancy agreement in the wrong venue! It is only 3 miles or so away from where he will be studying, but there is accommodation on site. I have contacted the company and we can not get out of it. We now have to find another tenant. Had a panic tonight about how we will be able to afford 2 rents. So hopefully someone will want our tenancy! Children!! Anyone know someone going to Newport?
