Day 6 - Guildford to Chipping Camden

A long day - 98 miles (155km) and some 12 hours in the saddle.

We passed through some beautiful countryside and one after another chocolate box villages. The problem of a ride like this is that it is heads down and ‎covering the miles and there is no time to stop and take in the scenery or visit the picture postcard perfect church. Another time!

Here is Chris Jagger, the heroic leader of my little group, standing outside Sandhurst whose trainee army officers probably appreciate what it feels like when pretty much every muscle and bone in one's body hurts. Tomorrow morning we head to Market Drayton. It is only 80 miles (130km)‎ so we will have a few extra few minutes in bed.
