Just a spoonbill ...

... of sugar helps the medicine go down. Isn't that how that song goes? Well perhaps not.

It was probably always going to be a mono today. The low is still lurking and the weather is very patchy. I thought there might be a sunset so went to the Lake. I saw some lovely pink clouds to the East but it was only grey and misery to the West so this is the best of the miserable lot. I have to say though I haven't seen spoonbills at this spot before.
