There is definitely a ghost in the downstairs loos at work.
I can hear her pulling down her pants.
But she never has a pee. Just pulls down her pants.
So I've started checking all the cubicles are empty before I s(h)it.

Empty. Always empty.
Maybe she is the ghost of a girl who had very bad cystitis.
