Downtown Abbey

I went back to the Fashion Museum to have a closer look at the "Great War in Costume" in more detail. The photo is a display of costumes from the TV series Downton Abbey.
There were also amazing displays about the suffragettes in Bath and women's various uniforms from the era of WW1.
I was amused at a Russian Cossack uniform consisting of a greatcoat full of moth holes, I wonder who gave the coat and a rather splendid Cossack hat to the museum
I am a great fan of the Fashion Museum and regularly visit, particularly when there are new exhibitions.
