17th century ring

I bought this 17th century silver ring from a shop in the Scilly Isles back in 2012. Apparently it came from the wreck of HMS Association which was shipwrecked in 1707 and the wreck discovered in 1967.

Over 2,000 coins and artefacts were discovered in the wreck and auctioned off by Sotherbys in 1969.
