A domestic

I don't know why I like this, but I do, so sorry if you think I'm a complete madwoman, putting up a picture of my ironing board. I guess what attracts me is the black and white gingham, which seems to have rather a '50s feel. Was it a particularly '50s material? I feel ironing itself is rather a 'that era' occupation (though it wasn't me doing it here).

Today a friend came to lunch. She and I have worked on so many projects over the last 15 years we had great amounts to talk about. Thanks for your company, Lyn. Hope everyone's day has gone equally well xx
