New mittens

Woke up feeling better after last nights massage. Didn't start to get headaches till lunchtime.
Came home and collected the parcels on the way back. Gels for the tri, our neck seals to help prevent wetsuit rash and the mittens and J's hood for Iceland. It’s going to be cold over there diving so we have invested in 7mm mitten and J has a 10mm hood.
Went to the dive club for a swim. Managed 66 lengths but had a bit of crap in my feet towards the end. Hopefully this won't happen on Saturday.
