This homeowner is making the most of the wastewater from their air conditioner. As you can see, the tree and the plants below this pipe appear to enjoy the extra water.

Our house had severe foundation damage when we moved in from the AC condensate dripping over the corner of the house for years. When we repaired the foundation and replaced the AC system, we put a rain barrel under the condensate pipe. It fills quickly, though, when we have torrential monsoon rains as we have had this week.
