The fruits of your labour

Really busy couple of days interviewing for new staff. Met some great practitioners with some really interesting ideas. Think we have found some good people.

While I was at one of this nurseries I picked this fruit from a tree as I was interested to see what it was. It is as large as my hand, heavy & hard and inside there are lots of seeds in rows, the seeds are similar to apple pips and it smells a bit appley. Any ideas?
