The Dark Side?

A few weeks ago we took part in London 24, a 24 hour photoshoot event run by Advanced Photographer magazine. Around 250 photographers took part photographing London through a 24 hour period. Various categories/themes were set both before and during the 24 hours with the chance to submit photos post event.

A couple of weeks ago I (Chris) was contacted by the magazine and told that one of my images was a winner. It wasn't a shot I'd picked out particularly (it wasn't a blip!) but had been judged best overall image. There should be a feature in next month's magazine with all the winning images. As you can imagine I was well pleased to get the recognition.

Today I received a prize, a brand new Nikon D7100 and 18-105mm VR lens. We are very much a Canon family so I will need to find it a new home.
