Dirty business
It'll be 265 years in September since the Battle of Prestonpans, when the Jacobites defeated King George II's troops, led by General Cope. If it was as muddy then as it was today, it's no wonder the battle was over in 13 minutes (allegedly).
Matthew and Andrew's teams were both victorious, too, against good opposition.
An early kick-off ensured everyone could get home, showered and changed in time to catch the coach to Murrayfield, where it was the Scots' turn to get a doing from the French.
George and I didn't go to the international. He had a party to go to, which was fun but he was a bit miffed not to win a plastic medal in any of the games.
