I've Been Commited

One of the few times I have had to wait at the dentist's today and after flipping though an interesting issue of NatGeo I just happened to glance up at the far wall and saw this retro '50s tongue in cheek sign on the wall - at least I hope it is tongue-in-cheek :-) and quickly got this one shot off before being call in.
