We had the day off to go to the dentist. On the way we dropped my bicycle off for a service. We decided to use a Colchester shop, because we had bad service from the Ipswich cycle shops.

When we returned to the shop at 3 o'clock to see how far they were they haven't done anything. It would costs £188 to do repairs & they wanted to get our go-ahead first. We paid less than £188 for the bike & cannot spend £188 on repairs. Why did they not call us? Why did they not do the basic service as ordered? A whole day wasted, hanging around waiting for the call to say that the bike can be picked up.

At least the dentist didn't find anything wrong.
