Thirty

A surprise birthday gathering for the Young Apprentice (aka Mad Dog). Although not so young any more (compared to the rest of our circle of friends he is - he's got seven years on me.

Nice to see everyone and even meet some new folks.

Had a good bike ride along the canal into town today too - great to stretch the legs and open the lungs up a bit.

Now I've got to go and iron some shirts before its Monday morning. Again!
