Farewell Liz....

Very mixed emotions today. Saying farewell but giving thanks for the bountiful life of a work colleague who recently passed away after a fight against a horrible illness. Liz worked with me for over 6 years and was a joy to manage. I was pleased to see and hear just what a fulfilling life Liz had lived but at 48 with two teenage boys it is no age to be taken.

Wonderful to see so many people from all parts if Liz's life turn out to join in the celebration of her life.

Today is also my mums and nephews birthdays, so as I said at the beginning a very mixed day. Happy birthday!
