Freemantle Gate.
After work today I managed to get in a short walk up to Freemantle Gate to see if I could get a photo or two.
Freemantle gate was once the main entrance to Appuldurcombe House owned by the Worsley family in 1702, but Sir Robert Worsley who started the house never saw it Finnished.
They are beautiful, with one main centre arch for carriages with two smaller arches each side, I will have to go back with my better camera and try to portray them in all their glory.
