Darling Scones.

These lemon and blueberry scones are named after the Darling Bakery in NYC. They are made with raspberry jam and blueberries in the bakery and served for breakfast. I had some homemade lemon curd in the fridge, so used that instead as I love the combination of lemon and blueberries.

We had lots of lovely visitors again today- we are all loving seeing so many people visiting Islay.
