A fine start...

What a lovely walk down the beach this morning.
Unfortunately though we're back to heavy rain this evening - Ha! just in time for the Bank Holiday weekend :-)
An eventful day that started off fairly early, even for our mad house.
Around 2:30 this morning Luca came through with a sore tummy.
Poor wee guy was then sick on and off for the rest of the night and into this morning.
Max was also off school today, absolutely choked with the cold.
I've noticed a few parents round the office coughing and sneezing this week too.
It's amazing, we go through the summer holidays all feeling great and then the 2nd week back at school the bugs start again.
By the way if any of you parents out there are trying to decide whether to go for carpets or bare floors I'll leave you with this image - the last thing Luca ate the previous evening was chocolate ice cream - try getting that out of the bedroom carpet @ 3am :-)
