Could you live with this on your floor???

What date do you think this is? My guess is early 1960s ...

But the big question is ... how would you decorate the rest of your room if this was on your floor? Or, perhaps ... how long could you live with it at all???? It was made in Lancaster at Williamsons, down on the quayside. Now all the factories have gone there seem to be 100s of little houses/boxes springing up by the day!
