Here we are again

My yearly 'VTT' trip to the alps.

It's lovely here, but I've really struggled with energy today. Once that happens your line drifts and you're in a bad place, especially on these heavy bikes.

No damage done though and I'm hoping for a better day tomorrow. Less 'I'd ride that if.....' discussions and more getting on with it.

In my defence it has been quite a week leading up to our arrival. (I seem to recall being at Bristol Children's Hospital at 2.00am just the other night....)
