Silhouette

A plethora today! Have wanted to get a decent picture of the doe and her 2 fawns so today they hung about, had a drink in the fountain, nibbled this and that. Of course. A highlight was the plumber who showed up to fix a leaky pipe in our outdoor shower - we’ve waited 6 weeks for this job that took less than 1 hour! Island living. H spent the rest of the afternoon putting the siding back on.
BUT I wanted a silhouette photo for the weekly blip challenge so of course the end of the day light works the best. Silhouettes of boats. People in boats. And then as the sun was going down at 8PM the neighbors were waterskiing so how could I resist this view from our wharf right into the sun with our buoy in the light.:-)
And then those swallows were flying all about and sitting on the railing for the ramp with Harry the heron on the dock. Oh my—it’s too late to do much but just pick one and put some of the others (deer, silhouettes, sunset, boats, swallows, heron) on today’s filckr page and go to bed. :-) Will catch up later --
