out and about

Feeling abit more up beat today, went out and about to get some bits and bobs...whilst waiting for the train I saw a well dressed woman in her 60's with an oxygen tank on her back, not sure if she was off scuba diving (in London?) or had some kind of medical condition but it was slightly odd to see, especially as it was neon yellow...

also saw a 3 legged dog which was walking at a very impressive speed....
