The Best Man

Today Dan was in work so we had to entertain ourselves. After negotiating the metro we made it towards the ferry where we sailed around The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island we had a great speck at the front of the boat we had wind in our hair which was good as it was very hot today. For lunch we ended up on Broadway in a diner recommended to us where people audition for the shows by being singing waiters, they were very talented and it was good fun whilst eating burgers and drinking shakes. We headed around NYC and saw so many sights including Wall Street, Grand Central Station and the highline park. In the evening we headed out in Brooklyn where we had cocktails with Dan and our Best Man Sean who was also in New York we went to a restaurant called St Anselm. This is where Joe and Sean went to school and became best buddies so they decided to wear their school ties. The waitress was not really impressed and thought Joe and Sean were Harry Potter type public school boys. After a wander around Brooklyn we had one more drink before Sean rode a bike back over the Williamsburg Bridge...
