Rain at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo

My husband was given tickets to the Tattoo. About half way through the second act it began to spit with rain. a massive panic occurred as the majority of people put ponchos on. I hoped that it might not amount to much, but I was wrong. It gradually got worse and stayed for the duration of the performance. This photo was taken early on, I liked the effect of the lights illuminating the rain. Soon after this was taken I put my camera away to protect it. By the end I was so wet I could even tell if it was still raining (which it was), but it was good performance.
