Buddleia

I have been advised that there are restrictions on what I and can and cannot do following my operation.
For example, I should not drive for two or three weeks. This means that I have had to withdraw from the Belgian Grand Prix due to take place tomorrow.
I am also not to lift heavy object for up to six weeks. I assume this includes such things as vacuum cleaners, lawn mowers and cooking pans.
The photo is of a Buddleia plant or butterfly bush.
We have a few in our garden and I like the deep purple colour of this one.
